高校思想政治工作和其他工作一样也有个效益问题,也必须遵循以最小的投入获得最大产出的原则。文章界定了高校思想政治工作效益的涵义,提出了高校思想政治工作效益的评定方法和标准,并分析了影响其效益的主要因素,以及思想政治工作者在实际工作中能努力降低“成本”。

Like other tasks,the ideological and political work at universities and colleges also must adhere to the principle, namely, to input the least but to get the most. This paper defines the implication of the benefit of ideological and political work at universities and colleges;puts forward the evaluation method and criterion of the benefit and analyzes the major factors that are influential in getting the benefit. Meanwhile, it tells that during the practical working, the ideological and political workers can try to reduce the＂ cost＂ to get more result.
