摘要
新闻舆论监督的重要性在当今社会已经被大多数人所认识。而对新闻舆论监督过程中经常涉及到的法律问题 ,在人们的意识中却往往缺乏清醒的认识。文章主要从新闻舆论监督的法律地位、权利、新闻侵权。
Most people in nowadays society has already known the importance of news supervision by public opinion, but they tend not to be clearly aware of the legal issues involved in the process of news supervision. This paper mainly makes some legal consideration from legal status, fight, news infringement, social awareness of law and so on.
