摘要
新课程下教师应具有新的教育教学理念,除塑造良好的教师角色外,还应建立一种民主平等的师生关系,用自己的情感激活学生,用互动与共享式的教学模式把课堂教学变得生机勃勃,充满活力,从而达到张扬学生个性。
The new curriculum asks the teachers to fresh their education and teaching ideas. Except a nice teacher＇s character, there also ought to be a kind of democratic and equal teacher - student relationship. Teachers should activate students with their own emotion and try to make a vigorous and active class - room teaching by interacting and cooperating to fulfill the aim of fostering students＇ personality and sufficiently developing each of the students.
