浅析士族在前赵及石勒前期不受重用之原因

An Analysis of the Unregarded Reason of the Noble Families in the Former Zhao and Prephase of Shile Period

十六国前赵和石勒初起兵时期汉族士族少有被重用者,造成这种情形的原因是多方面的:一是前赵和石勒前期统治者抱有很深的民族成见,不愿和汉族士族合作;二是汉族士族不愿出仕于少数民族政权;三是凉州张氏和辽西地区的慕容氏采取了优待汉族士人的措施,从而吸引了大批汉族士族。

In the Sixteen Kingdoms, former Zhao and the prephase of Shile Period, the noble families were seldom highly regarded. The reason for such a situation is various： The first one is the rulers＇ deep race prejudice against Han noble families and their unwillingness to cooperate with the Han noble families in the former Zhao and prephase of Shile Period; the second reason is the Hart noble families were unwilling to hold positions for the minority authority; the third reason is Zhang Family in Liang Zhou and Mumng Family in the western areas of Liaoning Province gave some special treatments to the Han noble families so that a large number of Han noble families were attracted by them.
