民国时期瑶族预卖借贷与赊借

An Exporation and Analysis of the Yao Nationality of Selling Crops in Advance and Buying Goods in Credit During the Period of the Republic of China

瑶族的民间借贷主要包括族内的无息借贷和瑶族向汉、壮等族的高利贷借贷。民国时期,瑶民借高利贷的现象很普遍,预卖与赊借是其中的主要借贷方式,二者又是商业资本与高利贷资本相结合的借贷形式。高利贷的盛行,对瑶族的经济发展造成了巨大的破坏,对瑶民生产生活带来了严重的负面影响。

The folk debit of the Yao nationality consists of the free interest in its nationality and the usury from the Han nationality and the Zhuang nationality. During the period of the Republic of China, the phenomenon of the Yao poeople borrowing usury was very general. Selling crops in advance and buying goods in credit was its main patterns, they were not only commerical capital but also usury capital. The prevailing of usury caused enormous destruction to the economic development of the Yao nationality and brought serious negative effect to the life of the Yao people.
