省级历史文化名村旅游开发的现状、问题与对策——江西省吉安市渼陂村、钓源村的个案研究

Circumstances,Problems and Measures of Tourism Exploitation of Provincial Famous Villages of Historical and Cultural Interest——A Case Study of Meipi and Diaoyuan Villages,Ji'an City,Jiangxi Province

文章采用个案研究法,对江西首批历史文化名村中的渼陂和钓源村旅游开发进行剖析,在分析其旅游开发现状、总结出问题的基础上,提出对策。认为处于旅游开发初期的省级历史文化名村,要摆脱投入不足、经营管理体制不顺、保护与开发关系处理不当、当地居民参与及受益不足等问题,就需以资源为基础,做好个性化开发,改变粗放经营方式,丰富旅游产品体系;以市场为导向,加大宣传力度,加强合作,突出特色;发挥政府主导作用,规划指导开发;贯彻利益相关者原则,调动当地居民参与的积极性等。

By using case study, this paper anatomized tourism exploitation of Meipi and Diaoyuan village the first series famous villages of historical and euhural interest of Jiangxi province. It puts forward some countermeasures on the basis of analyzing its circumstances, It considers that some problems should be solved to make good use of the resources and to exploit them individually.
