试论高等教育评估的问题与出路

On the Problems and the Outlet of the Higher Education Estimation

我国高等教育评估体制与实际操作缺乏有力的竞争机制和有效的监督机制,存在信息不完全、信息不对称、“寻租”现象以及相关的诸多问题。政府、高校与第三者相结合的共同评估机制是有效的出路。

The paper holds that our higher education estimation lacks the competitive mechanism and supervision system and has many problems like incomplete information, etc. It points out that the outlet is to establish the estimation mechanism of government, universities and a third part.
