职业教育与现代企业人力资源开发研究

The Research on Vocational Education & Manpower Resources Exploitation of Modern Enterprises

进入新世纪以来,世界科技进步日新月异,经济全球化的步伐不断加快,为我国加快现代化、建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制提供了难得的历史机遇。同时,加入世界贸易组织以后,我们将面临更加严峻、更加广泛的企业间竞争的考验。本文通过分析现代企业人力资源开发与职业教育的相互关系,对现代职业教育今后的改革方向进行了专门的论述,提出传统的职业教育的内容和形式已经不能满足现代企业所需要的员工并维持他们的持续发展,职业教育必须引进全新的企业人力资源开发和职业人才培养的理念和方法,才能适应我国市场经济体制下企业人力资源开发的需要。

The paper expounds the reform direction of modern vocational education and points out that vocational education must introduce new ideas and methods to exploit enterprise manpower resources and to train vocational talents.
