摘要
本文介绍了热固性的通用型玻璃钢及高性能玻璃钢成型方法中当前的一些研究课题、发展趋势和作为中间材料的预浸料的制法及其预成型;碳/环氧复合材料存在的弊病,提出了高韧性化是其改进的最大目标;碳/环氧复合材料的材料设计和结构设计,提出了冲击后压缩强度CAI的新概念;SMC易出现的通病及国际上当前采取的几种对策。此外,还介绍了热塑性高性能玻璃钢的发展现状及其未来展望。
The present study and development about general purpose and high performance thermosetting FRP were introduced, the preparation and prepregnation of prepreg as medium materials were mentioned, the shortcoming of CF/Ep and the biggest goal for improvement were summarized, the material design and structure design of CF/Ep, the concep'Compression After Impact'were presented; the common failing of SMC and the solving method were put forward, the present and development of FRP were also introduced.
