摘要
木聚糖酶在造纸、饲料添加剂等方面有重要的应用价值;本文探讨了pH和温度对木聚糖酶活力的影响,结果表明:受测木聚糖酶发挥作用的最适pH值为4.3,最适温度为55℃,该酶在pH 3-pH lO的范围内可稳定工作,在温度低于40℃时,酶活力基本稳定。
In this artiele, we studied the influence of temperature and pH on the activity of xylanase from mildew. The results show that the optimum pH value of xylanase is 4.3 and the optimum temperature is 55℃. The xylanase works steadily in range from pH3 to pH10,and can hold its activity if the environmental temperature is below 40℃.
