摘要
选用20个来源不同的南瓜自交系,研究其K、C a、P、M g、Cu、F e、Zn等7种矿质元素含量在不同自交系间的变异和不同矿质元素间的相关性,旨在探讨用少数矿质元素,对大量早代育种材料进行快速、可靠筛选的可行性。结果表明:在南瓜的7种矿质元素中,M g和K、C a、P、Cu;K和p;C a和Zn之间的相关均达到显著或极显著水平。F e和其它6种矿质元素间的相关均未达到显著水平。
Twenty pumpkin inbred lines were chosen to be investigated the variation and relationship of K. Ca ,P, Mg ,Cu ,Fe ,Zno. The results indicated that the Correlation coefficients of Mg and K, Ca, P. Cu, P and K ,Ca and Zn were at the significant or very significant level ;the Correlation coefficients of Fe and others mineral elements were at the no significant level.
