摘要
针对我国饭店业在新的历史条件下,应当如何对我国饭店业餐饮产品进行整合设计与新产品开发,以适应市场消费者需求为目的,为我国饭店业的长足发展提供必要的理论基础。
The problem of how to design and develop food and beverage products in hotel industry was analyzed in this paper, which provides a reliable theoretical basis for the long-term deveopment of hotel industry on the present conditicm.
