摘要 介绍了利用虚拟仪器技术构建风机性能测试系统的方法,并设计了风机性能试验自动测试系统的硬件及软件。实现了采集信号的实时显示、控制信号的准确输出、试验数据的正确处理及应用最小二乘法对性能参数进行拟合,从而实现了性能曲线的自动绘制,具有较高的应用价值。 The method of establishing ventilator testing system based on the virtual instrument technology has been introduced in this paper, the software and hardware used to test the ventilator's performance automatically has been designed also. Furthermore, the realization of acquisition signal showed in real time and the control signal outputted correctly has been finished, the test data has been well treated and the performance parameter has been fitted by least square method to realize the characteristic curve showed automatically, the model is possessed of better applied value.
