摘要
目的评估“笔记与讨论”教学法在耳鼻咽喉科学见习教学中的作用。方法实行“笔记与讨论”教学法, 强调记录见习笔记,将笔记和见习后的讨论相结合。结果所培养的学生不仅具备一定的专业知识和较强的临床能力,而且对耳鼻咽喉科的工作兴趣明显提高。结论“笔记与讨论”教学法激发了学生的学习兴趣和求知欲望, 明显提高了耳鼻咽喉科学的教学质量。
Objective To evaluate the role of the teaching method of "note-taking and discussing" in otolaryngology teaching for the students on seven-year program of class' 2000 at Peking University Third Hospital during a period of clerkship. Method A teaching method of "note-taking and discussing" was put into practice, which included emphasizing notetaking during clinical time, and discussing using the case-oriented clinical note. Result The students received higher clinical grades and more clinical skills. They were more likely to retain their initial interest in careers in otolaryngology. Conclusion The teaching method of "note-taking and discussing" successfully promotes students' interests in otolaryngology and markedly increases the quality of otolaryngology teaching.
