内科护理学和相关专业基础课成绩的回顾性分析

Review on the scores between medical nursing course and professional basic science courses

目的通过对学生相关学科成绩的分析,探讨高级护理学专业内科护理学及其专业基础课程之间的相互关系。方法收集高级护理学专业学生内科护理学及相关专业基础课程的成绩,进行回归分析,并对内科护理学高分组与低分组学生的专业基础课程成绩进行比较分析。结果内科护理学成绩与人体结构与功能、生物化学、健康评估、基础护理学、药理学、病理学、微生物免疫学、医学心理学成绩均呈正相关,尤其是与人体结构与功能、生物化学、健康评估、基础护理学、药理学成绩相关性更为显著,以人体结构与功能、基础护理学成绩与内科护理学成绩的相关性最大。

Objective To investigate the relationship of medical nursing course and professional basic science courses. Method The students＇ scores of two courses were collected. The scores of medical nursing course were divided into higher and lower groups and the scores of basic science courses were compared for them. The relationship and regression of two courses were analyzed. Result The score of medical nursing course correlated positively with basic science courses such as anatomical physiology, biochemistry, heahh assessment, basic nursing and pharmacology. Especially there is a closer relationship between the scores of anatomical physiology, basic nursing and medical nursing.
