摘要
本文用三氯氧磷(POC l3)制备木薯淀粉磷酸酯进行了研究。实验结果表明,反应条件对产物交联度有不同程度的影响。其中用量和温度的影响最大。木薯原淀粉在碱性条件下,用POC l3处理,主要产品为淀粉磷酸二酯。
The phsphated tapioca starch was prepared by using POCl3 at five dose levels (0.002% -0.01% ). The studying results show that reaction condition factors have different effects on K value ( degree of cross - linking) of the product, and the most significant effects are from dose and temperature. The main product is phrosphate diester when the tapioca starch is treated by using POCl3 under alkaline condition.
