摘要 Web应用服务器需要能够同时支持多个不同的Web应用,在系统资源紧张时,需要有效的方式来解决应用之间的资源冲突并满足应用的性能需求.R2M3是一种基于域的中间件资源管理机制,它通过资源合约来维护应用之间独立的资源视图,并通过资源协调器来处理应用之间可能出现的资源冲突.R2M3提供了运行时资源管理设施来实现服务器服务能力的最大化.该资源管理机制在OnceAS中进行了原型实现,实验表明其可以有效的解决应用间的资源冲突问题. Web application servers need to support several web applications at the same time, which share the system resources. They must have effective methods to resolve the conflictions between the applications when the resources are intensively needed. R2M3 is a realm based resource management mechanism for middleware. It employs resource contracts to maintain the isolated resource view of the applications and coordinates the resource conflictions by the resource coordinator. R2M3 also provides some runtime facilities to support the resource management, which maximizing the capacity of the server. R2M3 has been prototypically implemented in OnceAS application server,and it has been proven to be effective through the experimental results.
