摘要
论述了应用牛顿环装置进行小角度测量的方法.根据牛顿环干涉原理,调节牛顿环装置,使其平面玻璃板倾斜与水平面产生夹角,使用CCD摄像机、PC机等组成的图像采集处理系统,计算平面玻璃板倾斜前后的牛顿环圆心位置变化的距离,利用余弦定理计算其角度值,从而实现角度测量.研究结果表明,干涉圆环的移动量与角度成线性关系,本系统的测量范围可达到-15’~+15’,测量精度为0.1”.该系统也适用于其他微小角度测量的场合.
What this thesis dissertates is an angle measuring system. Which is based on the intefferential principle of Newton's ring. We adjust the Newton circle equipment to slope the horizontal glass board so as to make an angle with the horizontal plane. Using CCD camera and computer, we construct an image gathering and processing system, and then we can achieve the angle measurement by calculating the distance of position change between the circle centers of the Newton's ring based on cosine theory. The result of the research proves that,there is a relation of linearity between the movement of interference circle and angle, and this system can measure the angle from -15' to + 15 'with the accuracy of 0.1". The system can be utilized to other situation of slight angle "measuring.
