摘要
在图书馆转型时期,冲突在图书馆内的发生是无可避免的现象.善于运用冲突的正向功能,消除其负面影响,可以增进图书馆的工作绩效.本文从图书馆冲突的类型、原因、影响及化解之道出发,提出图书馆冲突管理的策略,以期望促进图书馆事业的顺利发展.
In the period of library transition, the occurrence of conflicts in the library is inevitable. If the positive functions of the conflicts are effectively fulfilled and its negative influence is eliminated, the working effect of the library will be greatly promoted. In this paper, the author mainly analyzes the types, causes and influence of the conflicts occurring in the library, and puts forward the strategy of conflict management in the library in the hope of promoting the development of the library.
