浅析我国家族企业发展中的障碍及应对策略

Analysis about Obstacles in the Development of Family Enterprise in China and Countermeasures

我国的民营企业中有80%是家族企业,在创业阶段,民营企业选择家族所有和家族经营的治理方式是合理的.但是随着我国家族企业规模的扩大,企业在融资和行业准入等发展中的"非国民待遇" 和传统家族管理的方式都限制了企业的发展.因此完善家族企业发展的社会环境和促进家族企业从传统家族制向现代家族制转变,才能有利于我国家族企业的健康发展.

There are 80 percent of our private enterprises are family enterprises. It is rational for private enterprises to choose family governance in its initial period. But with the enlargement of our family enterprise, there are several factors restrict the development of enterprises, such as traditional family governance and non-national treatment in financing and industrial admittance etc. In order to in favor of healthy development our family enterprises,we should consummate social environments and promote family enterprises from traditional enterprises to modem ones.
