摘要
介绍了一种测量平面度误差的二维最小二乘逐次两点设基分离法，设计了一套自动测量实验系统，并且编制了一套满足最小条件的平面度误差数据处理程序。
A new two-dimensional least square method is presented, in which the error of two positions in sequence. The automatic measurement system is designed and the flatness data processing program which is fit for minimum envelop zone.
