摘要 急性冠脉综合征(acutecoronarysyndromes,ACS)是一组由急性心肌缺血引起的临床综合征。近年来的研究使人们对ACS从概念、病生理机制到治疗策略的认识和理解不断深入,尤其随着循证医学的发展,一系列大规模随机临床试验的结果为其概念和治疗策略的更新和完善提供了越来越充分的依据。本文就ACS的概念和治疗策略的研究进展作一综述。
