Regulation of expression and activities of Platelet-derived Growth Factor Receptors
摘要
PDGF-A、PDGF-B及相应受体于20多年前已经分离成功。随着PDGF-C和PDGF-D等新家族成员的不断发现,PDGF系统越来越复杂。与PDGF在细胞生长和生存中的重要作用相一致的是,PDGF受体的表达和活性受到正反馈及负反馈机制的严密调控。调控机制下调可能导致慢性炎症反应和肿瘤等严重疾病的发生。正确认识PDGF及其受体有助于疗效更佳的药物出现。
