近20多年来,发动机厂家在提高发动机可靠性上做了大量工作,使商用客机发动机的固有可靠性得到极大提高,为双发客机获得120分钟或180分钟的延程飞行的批准奠定了基础。例如,1972 年4 月投入营运的RB211-22B发动机,在使用1年后基本空中停车率为0.68次/1000小时,而1989年投入营运的RB211-524G/H。

The paper introduces the main means to improve the reliability under the development of the engine such as concurrent engineering, advanced technology, FMEA , FMECA and many simulant tests .
