Current Situation and Future Outlook of World Helicopter Industry

直升机工业面临严峻挑战在冷战结束后的新世界形势下,西方各国都大幅度调整了其军事战略思想,核心是由原来的全球对抗战略调整为对付区域冲突的战略。由此引起的武器发展和采购计划大幅度削减,给世界防御工业带来了严重冲击,军用直升机的研制和采购计划自然也逃脱不了这种命运。但是,由于在新的军事战略思想中强调了快速反应能力的建设,而直升机是快速机动极为重要的手段,因而直升机工业没有受到像高速歼击机工业那样严重的伤害。尽管如此,

Following end of the Cold War, almost all the Western countries have changed their defence strategy and cut-dawn their budget. Besides most of military aircraft industries were affected and many new fighter/weapon programs were canceled, some helicopter industries also faced new difficulties and challenges . Some new helicopter programs have been delayed or canceled. In this article, the author estimated that world helicopter industries also will face same problems of cooperation and regulation as fixed-wing military aircraft industry. In the future, it will be a key to develop new advanced helicopter technologies, reduce production and operation cost and develop helicopters that can be used for both military and civil. And there will be an important helicopter market in Asia .
