摘要
目前,我国民航运输企业的飞机大多数是花费巨额资金从国外引进或租赁来的,每天的折旧成本和租赁费用相当可观。所以,飞机停着不飞就是赔钱的观念已逐渐得到大家的认同。但是,为了使飞机能够更好地安全飞行,飞机又必须按适航规定停场做检修工作。因此,如何在飞机停场做检修工作时,特别是在周期较长的深度检修(如D检等)中,用较短的时间,来完成所规定的工作已成为生产组织者必须要考虑的问题。
In December 1995, China Eastern Airlines Aircraft Maintenance Base performed the seventh MD-82 D-check in 4 weeks, which sets the record of the shortest D-check cycle time. In contrast, they spent 6 weeks in the first AID-82 D-check about 3 years ago. Why could they make such a cut in the D-check time ? Yang Xu, the director of the overhaul department , tells the details in the paper.
