略论党的社会整合能力建设

Construction of the Party's Social Conforming Ability

目前,中国社会的改革正处于转型加速期,在社会整合层面上产生了诸如利益分化、价值多元、政治参与冷漠等一些整合危机,因此,党在现阶段要注重社会整合能力建设,坚持以社会的利益整合、制度整合和价值整合为切入点,在充分考虑宏观整体利益和充分承认、尊重微观个体利益前提下,通过强化市场调控以改善利益资源占有根源性的不平等、按照利益协调原则加大宏观调控力度、关注弱势群体和边缘群体的利益诉求以拓宽利益表达途径,并注重制度创新建设和社会的法制化建设,进而建立和完善能够体现社会公平与公正,且有利于社会有序、良性发展的利益机制.

At a time when the Chinese society is experiencing an accelerated transformation, there have arisen the separation of interests, the diversification of values, the indifference of political participation and other conformity crises. Therefore, it is high time for the Party to stress on the construction of its social conforming ability, especially of its interest, system and value conformity. Under the prerequisite of fully acknowledging, the legitimacy of overall and individual interests, we should overturn the fundamental inequality of inretest allocation by strengthening market regulation,broaden the chancels of interest expression by further enhancing macro control and paying tribute to the interests of the weak and marginalized, speed up structural innovation and social legal construction, and establish an interest mechanism conducive to social justice, equality and order.
