略论地方工科院校大学生工程创新能力培养

The Study on Training of Student 's Engineering Innovation Ability in Local Engineering College

根据创新能力理论和工科院校的特点,提出了针对工科院校大学生创新能力培养的若干途径,认为改进教学计划、教学方法,走产学研结合的道路,设立创新学分等途径实施创新能力培养,具有重要指导意义.

According to theories of innovating ability and the characteristics of engineering colleges, this paper puts forward some ways to train the students＇ innovating ability, including the improvement of teaching plans and teaching methods, the combination of production, teaching and scientific research, and the enforcement of credits for engineering innovation, mutual exchange between college students is equal, gradual and unobvious. Such suggestions are of practical instructive significance.
