浅谈出口信贷及担保在机队融资中的应用

A Brief Discussion on the Use of Export Credit Guarantee in Fleet Financing

８０年代以来，飞机价格一直呈现出持续上升的趋势，使得航空公司在更换和扩充机队方面面临着越来越严重的资金压力。如何解决机队融资问题是摆在航空公司决策层面前的重要课题。本文较为详细地介绍了目前国际上较为流行的机队融资方式：美国进出口银行出口信贷及担保和欧洲出口信贷以及这两种形式在我国民航机队融资中的应用。

Airplane price has always been on the rise since the 1980s, whichhas, as a result, put more and more pressure on airlines in financing the fleet replacement and expansion. This is an important problem confronting the decision-makers of all airlines.This paper gives a fairly detailed accountof two fleet financing patterns prevailng internationally nowadays, viz., the U.S. Eximbank export credit guarantee and the European export credit. In addition, the paper reviews the application of these two patterns in the airlines fleet financing in our country. It is hoped that this paper may serve as a reference for airlines in their fleet financing.
