This paper deals with GNSS, which ed replace the conventional terestrial-based navigation aids in terne of its back-ground, oh italyes and its world-wide status quo in development as well as the implementation strategies we should adopt. In addition, the paper discusses the GNSS benifits of early implementation, the necessities of WAAS establishment and the safety regulations.
