This paper have first introduced the open fund of our country develop present situation, then since 4 aspects are detailed to have elaborated the open fund of our country in development course, existent major problem, and analyse specificly its reason that forms as well as the negative influence that these problems brings for the open fund trade development of our country , bare then suggested one by one according to existent various problems that corresponding and feasible specific solution is gone via or measure, hope to be able to resort to it the development that promotes the open fund of our country vigorously.
