企业文化创立于上世纪后半叶。企业文化具有多方面的功能。企业文化的建构是一个系统工程,要做到五个统一,体现时代性。
The concept of corporate culture was founded the second half of the last century. Corporare culture has many functions. The establishment of corporate culture is a continuance and systematic project.
