Construction of the Administration Ability of CCP Vs Politic Education to College Students

本文以中共中央《关于加强党的执政能力建设的决定》和中共中央、国务院《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》的精神,紧密结合高校思想政治工作的实际,提出并阐述了当代大学生是加强党的执政能力建设的希望所在、当代大学生是党的执政主体的后备力量、大学生思想政治教育是党的执政能力建设的重要方面、注重发展大学生党员是优化党的执政基础等四个理论问题。

Based on the ＂Decision of the Construction of Enhancing the Administration Ability of CCP＂ issued by Central Committee of CCP and the ＂Further Improvement of Poletical Education to College Students＂ issued by Central Committee of CCP and the State Departmerit, connecting the practice of political education in colleges, this thesis raises and states four theoretical issues as.
