对当前中国证券公司的合法融资渠道进行了比较,分析了中国证券公司融资渠道存在的缺陷,并提出了改进和完善中国证券公司融资渠道的对策。

This paper compares the lawfully financing channels of the Chinese security companies, then analyses the defects of the financing channels of Chinese security companies. Finally it suggests some solutions to improve financing channels of the Chinese security companies.
