摘要
抗剪性能差是复合材料结构的共同弊病。因此正确测定剪切性能对有些结构,特别是航天结构来说至关重要,多年来已发展了许多种复合材料剪切试验方法。其中短梁剪切(三点)试验法、四点剪切试验法、[±45】_(ns)层板轴向拉伸试验法、约赛佩斯库(Iosipescu)剪切试验法和二轨道剪切试验法是目前常用的剪切试验方法。文中对这些方法的优缺点作了分析比较,最后提出约赛佩斯库剪切试验法是目前剪切试验的最佳方法之一,值得推广应用。
Many and varied test methods have been introduced over the years for characterizing the shear properties of composite materials. Five of the most commonly used shear test methods are discussed in this paper, viz., short beam (three point) shear, four-point shear, axial tension of a [±45]ns laminate, Iosipescu shear, and two - rail shear, followed by a general discussion of their relative attributes and detractions. Finally, losipescu shear test method is considered to be the best overall choice for characterizing the shear properties of all types of composite materials at the present time.
