Thaksin Administration has carried out its forward engagement foreign policy for three years since its assuming power, with the aim to recover and develop and its economy. Thailand＇ s all -round development in its foreign relations has created a peaceful and stable international environment for its economic recovery and development, expanded its international market, promoted its international status and enhanced its influence, which has attracted the attention from Southeast Asian countries and great powers of the world.
