摘要
国家公务员制度是现代人事行政制度的主要存在和表现形式。公务员制度是我国干部人事制度的一个重要组成部分,传承了我国干部人事制度的优点,是我国干部人事管理制度改革的重要成果。与西方文官制度相比有诸多不同,其中,仍有不少内容,值得我们在完善我国公务员制度的历史进程中学习和借鉴。通过比较分析二者的异同,以借鉴西方文官制度,推进中国公务员制度建设。
