玻璃纤维对玻璃球质量的要求

本文从以下几方面概述了玻璃球质量对玻璃纤维生产过程的影响:1.化学成份对拉丝生产的影响,2.玻璃球外观质量对拉丝生产的影响,3.玻璃球内在质量对玻璃纤维生产的影响,并提出各厂应建立起有关的检测装置,以提高玻璃球的质量,确保玻璃纤维连续生产的顺利。

The effects of quality of glass marbles on the production process of glass fibres are discussed in this paper briefly in following respects: 1. effect of chemical composition on fibre drawing process. 2. effect of visual quality of glass marbles on fibre drawing process. 3. effect of the intrinsic quality of glass marbles on the produetion process of glass fibres. The author also suggests that the glass marble manufacturers should establish necessary testing and measuring devices for the purpose of improving the quality of glass marbles so as to en sure the smooth and continuous production of glass fibres.
