宾馆员工薪酬满意感影响因素的实证研究 被引量:12

摘要 作者在广东对10家宾馆进行了一次实证研究,探讨宾馆薪酬管理公平性、员工的薪酬比较结果对员工的薪酬满意感的影响。数据分析结果表明:薪酬管理公平性是影响员工的薪酬满意感的重要因素;员工的薪酬比较结果对他们的薪酬满意感有显著的影响。 The authors did an empirical study of 10 hotels in Guangdong to investigate into the impact of hotel emolument management justice and pay comparisons on employees' pay satisfaction. The results of the analysis indicate that organizational justice is important antecedents of employees' pay satisfaction, and the result of pay comparison has remarkable influence on their pay satisfaction.
