摘要
英语“花园路径句”给人们造成理解上的路径误导,它涉及多层面的因素,诸如:句法、语义和语用等方面。从认知机制的模式结合句法、语义和语用几个方面对英语“花园路径句”的理解进行阐释,旨在探讨人类语言认知机制,从而有益于提高英语学习者对“花园路径句”的敏感度。
English garden-path sentence misguides people＇s understanding in terms of such aspects as syntax, semantics, and pragmatics. The writer of this paper illustrates garden-path sentence from the mode of cognitive mechanism in combination with syntax, semantics and pragmatics, aiming to explore the cognitive mechanism of human being so as to improve English learners＂ sensitivity to the ＂garden-path sentence＂
