摘要
传统倒装句分析,主要是从句法层面或以语用为视角进行的,虽有很多令人信服的地方,但亦有诸多局限。英语倒装句就是这样一种机制:言语者将常式句中的主语(图形)—谓词—补语(背景)位移为:背景(补语)—谓词—图形(主语)从而引起听话者对这一主观变化的会话含义的理解。
Traditionally, the analysis of English inversion is mainly made from the level of sentence or from the pure angle of pragmatics. There are many reasonable factors, but at the same time, much limitation exists.With conversational implieature, from the view of cognition, the author of this paper, argues that English inversion is a device that speaker change the subject （figure） -predicate-complement （ground） of the natural sentence order to complement （ground） -predicate-Subject （figure） to direct the heater＇s attention on the conversational implicature of this subjective change.
