妥善处理各种法律利益之间的冲突是我国目前面临的重大课题,亟需法学界对法律利益冲突有关的理论进行探讨。文章尝试确定科学的标准对法律利益进行界分,确定他们的位序,进而指出冲突的表现和正确处理矛盾冲突的原则,最后对我国立法提出了建议。

How to deal with the conflicts between various legal interests is a very important subject which needs theoretical exploration. This paper attempts to propose a scientific definition of legal interests, arrange their order, and point out the expression of the conflicts and the principle of properly dealing with the conflicts. At the end of the paper, the writer provides corresponding suggestions for legislation.
