摘要
法治政府是法治国家对政府的要求,是指政府时刻受到法律约束和支配的法制建设状态。其价值取向及指标体系是有限政府、服务政府、透明政府、诚信政府、统一政府和责任政府。
Legal Government, as a model of government or a theory begins on the latter - day. In nations ruled by law, their government should be on the rule of law. It means the legal construction state of government controlled and dominated all the time by law. Its main characteristics and value directions should be the limited one, the service one, the transparent one , the honest one, the uniform one and the responsible one.
