经济秩序是经济学说的重要概念,随着社会的发展,经济学家阐述的经济秩序思想也发生了重要变化,即从早期消极地排斥国家干预,转变为现今要求国家积极地保障经济自由规则。这一认识对于我国建立一个“强化市场型政府”,推进、保障市场经济的稳健发展有着重要启示。

Economic order is an important concept of the economic theory. With development of the society, ideas of economic order which economists expatriate on is experiencing a significant change： it no longer means fighting off the intervention of the government, but making a positive claim to the government＇s guarantee of the regularity of laissez-aller now. The awareness brings important enlightenment on the improvement of our socialist market economy system, which indicates that we should build up a ＂market-intensified government＂ and promote the development of our market economy.
