羊膜移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉的疗效观察

摘要 目的探讨羊膜移植术联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法32例(32眼)翼状胬肉患者行胬肉切除后,术中一次性应用丝裂霉素C(0.2mg/ml),再将甘油保存的羊膜移植缝合固定于巩膜暴露区。术后给予典必舒眼药水及托百士眼膏应用半月。结果随访6个月,有2例复发,复发率为6.13%。未见其他并发症。结论羊膜移植术联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉能有效防止胬肉复发。
