子痫前期患者钠钾ATP酶活性及与脂质过氧化关系的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨子痫前期患者红细胞膜钠钾ATP酶(NKA)活性及脂质过氧化反应的变化及他们在疾病中的作用。方法检测45例子痫前期患者红细胞膜钠钾ATP酶(NKA)活性及血清脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的水平。结果与正常妊娠孕妇相比,子痫前期患者红细胞膜钠钾ATP酶活性明显降低,血清MDA水平明显升高。在子痫前期患者中,胎儿宫内生长受限组较非胎儿宫内生长受限组红细胞膜钠钾ATP酶活性明显降低。子痫前期患者组红细胞膜钠钾ATP酶活性与血清MDA呈负相关。结论细胞膜钠钾ATP酶活性下降参与了妊高征的发生发展,且可能影响胎儿的营养供应。细胞膜钠钾ATP酶活性下降与脂质过氧化代谢有密切关系。 Objective To investigate the activity of erythrocyte membrane Na^+/K^+ ATPase and peroxidation in preeclampsia. Methods The activity of erythrocyte membrane Na^+/K^+ ATPase and serum peroxidation products in 45 cases of preeclampsia were tested. Results The activity of erythrocyte membrane Na^+/K^+ ATPase was much lower and serum peroxidation products much higher in preeclampsia patients than that of normal pregnancy ; there was negative correlation between the activity of erythrocyte membrane Na^+/K^+ ATPase and serum peroxidation products MDA in preeclampsia. Conclusion The delined activity of erythrocyte membrane Na^+/K^+ ATPase may contribute to the development of preeclampsia and impair nutritional supply of fetus, the delined activity of erythrocyte membrane Na^+/K^+ ATPase in preeclampsia may be due to increase of serum peroxidation products.
