摘要
探讨医院管理问题,通过总结六安市人民医院管理年活动的做法经验,提出发挥人的管理要素作用,推进医院管理的科学发展,提高管理效能。
To explore management in hospital. This paper pointed out, by analying the experience of Lu＇an People＇s Hospital, that development should be the focus of attention. In addition, efficiency of hospital has been improved by making clear goals, standardizing procedure and overall developing management.
