厄贝沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗老年性高血压临床观察

The clinical observation of using Irbesarton combined with Hydrochlorothiazide for the aged hypertension

目的:探讨厄贝沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗老年性2级、3级高血压的疗效。方法:回顾性分析56例高血压患者应用厄贝沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪的治疗情况。结果:厄贝沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪对老年性2级、3级高血压疗效确切,服用方便,治疗依从性好。尤其适用于伴发心衰及单纯收缩期高血压的患者。结论:厄贝沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪是治疗老年性2级、3级高血压的理想方法。

Objective To explore the effects of combination of Irbesarton and Hydrochlorothiazide for the second and third level of aged hypertension. Methods Reviewing the curative effects of 56 patients with hypertension. Results The effects of using irbesarton and hydrochlorothiazide is efficacious,easy to use and compliance with treatment, especially for the patients of hypertension with heart failure or isolate systolic hypertension. Conclusion Using irbesarton and hydrochlorothiazide for the second and third level of hypertension is an ideal way.
