全血细胞减少性急性白血病25例分析

Analysis of 25 cases of pancgtopenia in acute leukemia

目的:探讨全血细胞减少性急性白血病的临床血象、骨髓象特点。方法:分析25例外周血全血细胞减少性原发性急性白血病的临床资料。结果:全血细胞减少性急性白血病临床症状以贫血、感染、出血较常见,外周血全血细胞减少,而骨髓象多呈增生活跃或明显活跃,白血病细胞占39%￣96%,平均73.2%。结论:全血细胞减少在急性白血病中占有一定的比例(17.6%),了解其临床症状与特殊血象,及时作骨髓穿刺检查有利于正确诊断,指导临床治疗和判断预后。

Objective This paper probes into the relationship between the clinical practice and characteristics of hemogram and skeleton picture. Methods To analyze the clinical data of 25 cases of acute leukemia. Conclusion Understanding of its clinic symptoms and unique blood picture , together with timely examination of marrow puncture, can be of great help to make accurate diagnosis, to guide clinical treatment and to determine prognosis.
