护理程序在颅脑损伤急诊抢救中的应用

Application of nursing procedure in the patients with traumatic brain injuries

目的:通过护理程序的应用使颅脑损伤病人在急诊科得到及时救治,提高抢救成功率。方法:按照护理程序五个步骤(评估、诊断、计划、实施、评价)对2003年12月23日￣2004年10月30日期间就诊的66例颅脑损伤病人进行预见性评估,确立护理诊断,制定护理计划、落实实施,并制定评价指标。结果:将护理程序应用于66例颅脑损伤病人的急诊接诊和抢救全过程,使病人得到适合需要的、高质量的抢救和护理。结论:护理程序的应用可以提高对颅脑损伤的救治效果。

Objective To promote optimum outcomes of emergency intervention in patients with traumatic brain injuries. Methods From December 2003 to October 2004,we performed nursing procedure in 66 patients with traumatic brain injuries. Results All patients were received appropriate and high quality nursing care and treatment; Conclusion Application of nursing procedure can help improve the effect of treating the patients with traumatic brain injuries.
